What materials do you use?

Almost everything we make is 100% GOTS-certified organic pima cotton, with selected styles in an ultra-soft lyocell and organic cotton blend. Designed in Sweden, made in Europe (Portugal and Lithuania).

Do your garments fit true to size?

Yes — our underwear and garments fit true to size. Each product page lists garment measurements in centimetres, and notes the size the model wears.

How should I care for my garments?

Most pieces are machine washable at 40°C. See the individual product page for exact care guidance — gentle washing and air drying keep organic cotton at its best for longer.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Europe and internationally takes around 3–7 business days. Orders ship with FedEx (DHL within Sweden) and you receive a tracking number by email when your order leaves our warehouse.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Eurocard, as well as PayPal.

What is your return policy?

You have a 14-day return-request period from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. A flat €5 fee for the return label and administration is deducted from the refund. Taxes, duties and shipping costs are not refunded.

Can underwear be returned?

For hygienic reasons, underwear (briefs, trunks, panties) cannot be returned and is not eligible for refunds.

Do you offer bulk discounts on underwear?

Yes — underwear is made to be bought in multiples: 3 pairs gives 10% off, 7 pairs 15% off, and 20 pairs 20% off.
