Refund policy

All products eligible for a refund, purchased from thewhitebriefs.com, have a 14-day return-request period from the date received by the customer. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply request a return with us and provide the reason for the return. We will get back to you with a shipping label for the return. Please be aware that in order for the refund to be accepted, the goods must be in their original packaged condition. Please note that for hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be returned and is not eligible for refunds. Only after the returned items have been received and approved by The White Briefs will the amount of the purchase price be refunded to the purchaser’s account (taxes, customs, duties etc, which have been added after the purchase was made at thewhitebriefs.com will not be refunded nor will the shipping costs). A flat rate of €5 for shipping labels and administration will also be deducted from the refund.
