2. Prices and VAT
All listed prices are retail and displayed in the specified currency of your country. For EU customers, prices include VAT. For Non-EU customers, prices exclude VAT. The White Briefs reserves the right to adjust prices for incorrectly priced items without notice. For United States, Canada, Norway and the United Kingdom, prices shown include duty and will be shipped DDP. The price shown online is the price you pay.
3. Payment
We accept major credit cards including Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express, as well as payments via PayPal.
4. Delivery

International Orders: We use UPS. Delivery times are as follows:
- Europe: 1–3 business days
- US and Canada: 2–4 business days
- Rest of the World: 2–5 business days

Sweden: Orders are shipped via Postnord (1-3 business days).
You will receive a tracking number via email to track your order through www.ups.com. Please note, these times are estimates and may vary.
5. Delivery Time and Charges
Delivery is subject to the courier's on-time performance. The White Briefs is not responsible for courier delays. All delivery times are based on business days.
6. How to Order
- Select the item you wish to purchase.
- Click 'Add to Bag'.
- Continue shopping or proceed to checkout by visiting your 'Shopping Bag'.
- Review your bag, adjust quantities or remove items as needed, then click 'Update'.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
- Fill in shipping and billing details. You may checkout as a guest or log in for future convenience.
- Choose delivery service, enter payment information, and click 'Complete my purchase'.
- An order confirmation will be sent to your email, followed by a shipping notification with a tracking number once dispatched.
7. Stock
Products are in stock unless marked 'Out of Stock'. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock discrepancies or incorrect pricing.
8. Product Colors and Materials
Displayed colors may vary depending on your monitor settings. We strive to accurately represent product colors.
9. Sizes
All product sizes are external measurements in centimeters.
10. Force Majeure
Events beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or war, may impact our ability to fulfill orders. We will attempt to notify customers in such cases.
11. Right of Withdrawal
You may return products within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition for a refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
12. Claims and Returns
Contact us at customerservice@thewhitebriefs.com for returns or claims. Please note, underwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Returns require the original invoice, and products must be in original condition.
